The Referenz CAT 8.1 delivers CAT 8.1 specification (2000 MHz bandwidth, 40 Gbit/s) in a conventional 8 mm cable diameter. Its Hyper Shield triple-layer shielding — an overall screening mesh plus individual foil shielding per data pair — provides exceptional electromagnetic interference protection without the physical bulk of Air Helix construction. 26 AWG high-purity OFC copper conductors with gold-plated brass RJ45 contacts ensure reliable, high-bandwidth network audio connections. Available in lengths from 0.75 m to 10 m.

This provides exceptional electromagnetic interference protection in a conventional cable diameter, meeting CAT 8.1 and CAT 7 specifications with margin to spare.
