Conductors run freely suspended through the cable via precision-engineered clips at defined intervals, reducing capacitance by approximately 83% compared to standard cables. Cross Link Super Speed waveguides are hand-threaded into the cable structure to prevent eddy current effects at high frequencies. Instead of soldering, which introduces additional metal alloys and weak points, each connector is pressure-grouted at 1.5 tonnes of force — creating a gas-tight, vibration-resistant bond. BFA bananas use beryllium copper with solid metal housings, while spade lugs use tellurium copper, both rhodium-coated for lasting conductivity and corrosion resistance.
