The SR325x is the only headphone in Grado's Prestige X series to feature machined aluminium housings — powder-coated for superior resonance control and a tight, controlled sound with surgical precision in the mids and highs. The 44mm 4th-generation X Driver features a more powerful magnetic circuit, lighter voice coil, and reconfigured diaphragm tuned specifically for the metal housing, delivering 18 Hz to 24 kHz frequency response at 99.8 dB sensitivity. An 8-conductor super-annealed copper cable and a leather headband with white stitching — exclusive to the SR325x in the Prestige line — complete a headphone that punches far above its price.

Grado's 4th-generation X Drivers feature a more powerful magnetic circuit using rare-earth alloys, a voice coil with decreased effective mass using copper-plated aluminium, and a reconfigured 'de-stressed' diaphragm. Available in 44 mm (Prestige/Reference) and 50/52 mm (Statement/Signature) sizes, each driver is tuned for its specific housing material and matched to 0.05 dB per pair — improving efficiency, reducing distortion, and preserving the harmonic integrity of your music at every volume level.
