T+A designs and manufactures every loudspeaker driver, crossover, and cabinet in-house at Herford, Germany. From the 850 mm magnetostatic line-source tweeter in the Solitaire range to the multi-resonator transmission line in the Criterion series, each model embodies decades of acoustic research and uncompromising craftsmanship.
Magnetostatic Transducers
T+A's proprietary planar-magnetic tweeters deliver vanishingly low moving mass for extraordinary transient speed and extension to 50 kHz and beyond.
StarStabilizer Membranes
Embossed aluminium cones with star-pattern stiffening ribs eliminate break-up modes while maintaining pistonic accuracy across the entire operating range.
FSR Crossovers
Double-sided Fast Signal Response crossover boards with switchable bass and midrange tuning ensure optimal phase and group-delay alignment.
Made in Herford
Every driver, crossover, and cabinet is designed, engineered, and hand-assembled at T+A's factory in Herford, Germany.

Solitaire Series
The pinnacle of T+A loudspeaker engineering.
The Solitaire range represents T+A's statement in loudspeaker design. The S 540 and S 530 feature the Mag850 — an 850 mm magnetostatic line-source tweeter driven by 64 high-performance magnets — paired with an array of oval StarStabilizer midrange drivers to create a true Cylinder Wave line source. The S 430 uses a Mag50 magnetostatic tweeter with the Symmetric Directivity System. All models employ double-sided FSR crossovers with switchable voicing.
Criterion Series
Transmission-line precision in an elegant form.
The Criterion S 240 and S 230 use a precisely calculated multi-resonator transmission line to generate standing waves that maximise low-frequency output without port turbulence. The Symmetric Directivity System arranges drivers concentrically for controlled, even dispersion, while the Organic Baffle Design uses internal screw-free anchoring for a resonance-free front panel. FSR crossovers with separate bass and mid-high boards enable bi-amping.
Caruso Speakers
Designed to complete the Caruso experience.
The Caruso S 10 floorstander and R 10 bookshelf are purpose-built companions for the Caruso R receiver. Slim aluminium-and-wood cabinets house carefully tuned drivers that deliver a spacious, natural sound far beyond their compact dimensions. Both speakers share the same refined aesthetic language as the Caruso electronics.
