Audiolab Amplifiers
Flagship integrated amplifier.

The 9000A is Audiolab's flagship integrated amplifier — combining an ES9038PRO DAC, preamplifier with MM phono stage, and a 2 × 100 W dual-mono Class AB power amplifier in one elegant chassis. The power stage shares the same 320 VA toroidal transformer and 60,000 µF capacitance as the 9000P, with four output transistors per channel delivering 15 A maximum current. Flexible operating modes — Integrated, Pre-Power, and Pre Only — let it adapt as your system evolves. Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD and LDAC, five digital inputs, and a 4.3-inch IPS display round out a product that consistently outperforms amplifiers at three times the price.
Reference-grade 8-channel ESS Sabre DAC — PCM 32-bit/768 kHz, DSD512, and full MQA decoding with five selectable filters and upsampling.
True dual-mono design with 320 VA toroidal, 60,000 µF capacitance, and four output transistors per channel — 100 W into 8 Ω, 160 W into 4 Ω.
Integrated, Pre-Power (power amp only), and Pre Only (DAC/preamp only) — the 9000A adapts as your system grows.
JFET-based MM phono stage with precise RIAA EQ, plus Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD, LDAC, and aptX Low Latency.
Reference conversion at every level.
Audiolab applies ESS Sabre DAC technology across their range, from the ES9038PRO in the 9000 series to the ES9038Q2M in the 7000. Their implementation goes beyond the reference circuit — with precision power supplies, custom analogue output stages, and careful PCB layout — to extract the full potential of these industry-leading DAC chips.
Timing perfection.
Jitter — tiny timing errors in the digital signal — is one of the most audible forms of digital distortion. Audiolab's multi-stage jitter elimination circuitry reconditions incoming digital signals with extreme precision, removing timing errors and their associated harmonic distortion products before they reach the DAC.
Total channel separation.
The 9000A features a true dual-mono power amplifier stage with fully independent signal paths, power supplies, and transformer windings for left and right channels. This eliminates inter-channel crosstalk and ensures that dynamic peaks in one channel never affect the other, preserving the full width and depth of the stereo image.
